All as expected, we have stayed at Beach Colony multiple times. New equipment in the laundry room was excellent, and fairly priced. The facility is well kept and clean. The elevators were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The outside pools, chairs and walkways were kept clean and safe. The garage was well supervised by security staff.

I loved the view and the balcony had great furniture. The bar and grill was very nice and had fun bartenders with a welcoming atmosphere. I love the fact that the room didn't have carpet because I suffer from allergies and the hard floors added to the cleanliness of the room.

The room was very clean and for the first couple nights, it was really quiet. We were on the 20th floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the room was nice and cold since it was over 100 degrees my entire week there.

My family and I Loved the stay had many options for entertainment such as a arcade,pool, and got the opportunity to try the jacuzzi and sans for the first time love how close it was to the beach and many other locations
